Au Revior Monaco!

Rick and I enjoyed our last 3 days in Monaco. However, we are anxious to get to Barcelona, where we think the vibe will be more our speed. We visited a small midevil city called Eze Village yesterday where we took a nap in a beautiful exotic garden on the mountian tops overlooking la mer. It was blissful! see you in Espagne! xoxo

Prego!

Thats what to say in Italia! Rick and I are in Firenze and we are trully enjoying ourselves. We had the most fantastic dinner last night and visited the Duomo and David today. The day is still young and there is lots more to do. We are off to Genoa tomorrow. Ciao!

Caio From Rome!

We have arrived safely in Rome and are staying at the Caesar House Residence. Tonight we will visit the Pantheon, the Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, as well as take in an authentic Italian meal. Not until we get some rest of course!

And today is THE day!

Sleeping did not come naturally to me last night. I was up early, but I suppose I didn't really believe sleeping in was an option. The house is full of people - FULL! Slightly ridiculous and heart warming all at the same time. I'm trying to get organized early, so I can enjoy my cup of coffee. The rehearsal dinner last night was great. I believe everyone enjoyed themselves, the food was great and the surprises were really nice too. Jocelyn made some beautiful favors made from ceramics and sea glass that I think are absolutely spectacular. She also painted a sushi platter that everyone signed with thoughtful words. My almost in laws said some beautiful words too that were greatly appreciated. After the dinner we went to Thames Waterside where Dana, Benson, Zeus and Cyndi joined in for a beer. It was a great end cap to a fantastic evening. Now... it's off to the Salon!!

UM.... Holy 3 days!!!!!

Finally, the numbness is subsiding and reality is sinking in. Rick and I started packing our bags last night! It is real! I can't wait to see you all!

5 Days!

Wow.. this time next week, Rick and I will be in Rome! Yippy! And it doesn't even really feel like 5 days because the festivities start with the rehearsal dinner on Friday!
